Hi, my name is Numair Qureshi, founder & CEO of MixoType — The Self-Discovery Company. I am also the host of MixoChat — The Self-Discovery Podcast.
I studied Psychology at Temple University, and I have spent nearly the past 20 years trying to solve the Self-Discovery & Purpose-Alignment Problem myself.
I didn’t need another personality test. I didn’t need more information about myself. I needed a way to understand how all the different parts of myself actually fit together, and what that meant for the life I was trying to build.

For years, I kept coming back to the same question: Who am I, really? What am I supposed to do with everything I’m capable of? And how do I pursue something meaningful without throwing away the life I have already built?

I explored psychology, identity, purpose, personal development, creativity, career, and human potential, trying to understand why someone could understand so much about themselves and still struggle to see how it all fit together.
